Apartheid Policy

اپارٿئيڊ پاليسي

نسلي متڀيد واري نيتي

1930ع ۾ South African Bureau for Racial Affairs (SABRA) طرفان استعمال ٿيل هن اصطلاح جي لغوي معنيٰ آهي، ”نسلي تفاوت، متڀيد يا فرق“. انهيءَ پاليسيءَ جو بنياد 1921ع ۾ فيلڊ مارشل اسمٽر ڏکڻ آفريقا ۾ وڌو، جنهن مطابق گورن ۽ ڪارن درميان مڪمل سياسي ۽ سماجي فرق کي قانوني شڪل ڏني وئي. ان قانون ٺهڻ کان پوءِ ڪارن کان سندن اباڻيون زمينون کسيون ويون ۽ انهن سان جانورن وارو ورتاءُ اختيار ڪيو ويو. هيءُ سرشتو 1948ع کان 1994ع تائين عمل ۾ رهيو. ان سلسلي ۾ 1950ع ۾ ڏکڻ آفريقا ۾ قابض گورن جي نيشنل پارٽيءَ جي حُڪومت پاران ”گروپ ايرياز ايڪٽ“ پاس ڪيو ويو، جنهن مطابق ملڪن جي سموري آباديءَ کي ٽن حصن يعني گورن، ڪارن، رنگدار (ايشيائي آبادي) حصن ۾ ورهايو ويو ۽ رنگدار توڙي ڪارن تي غيرانساني پابنديون مڙهيون ويون. 1991ع ۾ نيلسن منڊيلا جي قيادت ۾ ڏکڻ آفريقي عوام جي نمائنده پارٽي ”آفريقي قومي ڪانگريس“ (ANC) جي جدوجهد سان انهيءَ سرشتي جو خاتمو ٿيو. هيءُ تصور سياسي اصطلاح طور 1943ع ۾ پهريون ڀيرو استعمال هيٺ آيو، جڏهن ته ان جو بڻ بڻياد سترهين صديءَ عيسوي کان به اڳ جو آهي
